I do not believe - I think that this applies only on HomeVideo clips and photos from competitions, shows, some events ... which are recorded on the spot

P.S. maybe, only if you processed some YOURS photo in Photoshop, or video montage from your homevideos :B):

I also think that it applies only on "your own" photos and video clips to wich you have ownership rights.

Hm... I think this is strictly official photos and videos... for example, my wallpapers are using photos from other people... so I don't think I can send anything in. But you girls, please do.
